How do you pronounce NitoAI? What's the origin of the name?

It's pronounced as 'Nito-AI'! The name comes from a Japanese proverb '二兎を追って二兎を得る' (pursuing two hares and catching both), representing our ability to ask multiple AIs at once.

Why can you offer the service at such an affordable price?

AI services like ChatGPT offer pay-as-you-go contracts separate from their subscriptions. Behind NitoAI, we have pay-as-you-go contracts with various AI providers, allowing us to provide the same functionality to our customers at a lower cost.

About team features and corporate contracts

Team features allow you to consolidate payments for multiple users by creating a team from the settings screen. Also, even if you are a corporate user, you can use the service with a regular registration if you are fine with individual contracts.

Can I use it for free? Do I need to register a credit card?

Yes, you can use it for free. No payment information is required for registration.Free plan limitations include 30 text chats per month and a prompt length limit of 2,000 characters per message.

I want to send long messages but can't

Free accounts are limited to 2,000 characters per prompt. With a paid subscription, you can send up to 20,000 characters per prompt.

What is the image generation feature?

NitoAI provides image generation functionality using multiple AI models. You can generate images from text or edit images by referencing existing ones. Image generation requires credits, with different models consuming different amounts (10-50 credits per image).

What image generation models are available?

The following models are available: ・Google Gemini Flash Image (Nano Banana): 15 credits/image ・OpenAI GPT-image-1 (High): 50 credits/image ・OpenAI GPT-image-1 (Medium): 20 credits/image ・OpenAI GPT-image-1 (Low): 10 credits/image ・Stability AI Image Ultra (SD3.5 Large): 20 credits/image ・Stability AI SDXL / Core: 10 credits/image ・Stability AI SDXL Turbo: 10 credits/image

How can I purchase image generation credits?

You can purchase credits from the image generation page by selecting the number of credits you need. Credits are consumed as you use them, with different models using different amounts per image. If you're using a team plan, you can purchase team credits that are shared among all members.

Can I customize image size or edit images?

You can choose from 3 aspect ratios (1:1 square, 3:2 landscape, 2:3 portrait). You can also upload existing images as references to generate new images based on them (image-to-image feature).

Can teams use the image generation feature?

Yes, team plans support image generation. When team administrators purchase credits, they are shared among all team members. You can manage which members can use the feature through the team settings.

How do I add members or administrators to a team?

You can add members by registering their email addresses in the team settings. Note: Invitation emails are not yet implemented. Please follow these steps: 【Pattern 1: Member registers first】 1. Have the member create a NitoAI account 2. Add their registered email address in the team management screen 3. They will be automatically activated and can use the service immediately 【Pattern 2: Register in team management first】 1. Add the email address in the team management screen (inactive state) 2. Have the member create a NitoAI account 3. Activate the member in the team management screen Either order works fine. The same process applies to adding administrators.

What features are planned for development?

We plan to release the following features as they are developed: ・File upload and PDF content analysis ・Search through past conversations ・PC and mobile app versions ・Import chat history from existing AI chat services

Is my input used for training? Can others see my conversations?

Content sent through NitoAI is not used for training. Also, conversations cannot be viewed by others unless they are set to public. However, for models marked as 'No opt-out' in the model list, the content may be used for training. In the team plan, we plan to provide a feature that allows administrators to disable models with no opt-out option.

If you wish to cancel your account or delete your account, please click the 'Delete Account' button at the bottom of the settings screen after logging in.
