  2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not be considered as provision to third parties:

    1. When we outsource all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
    2. When personal information is provided due to business succession caused by merger or other reasons
    3. When personal information is used jointly with specific individuals or entities, and this fact, the items of personal information to be used jointly, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use by such users, and the name of the person responsible for the management of such personal information have been notified to the individual in advance or have been made easily accessible to the individual

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  1. If users' personal information held by us is incorrect, users may request us to correct, add, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") according to our procedures.
  2. If we decide that it is necessary to respond to the request mentioned in the preceding paragraph, we will correct the personal information without delay.
  3. We will notify the user without delay when we have made the correction, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or when we have decided not to make the correction.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

We will conduct necessary investigation without delay when requested by an individual to suspend the use or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") their personal information on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was collected through deceptive means.

  3. We will notify the individual without delay when we have suspended the use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or when we have decided not to suspend the use.

Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where the suspension of use, etc. requires excessive cost or where it is difficult to suspend the use, etc., and when we can take necessary alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of users, we will take such alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. We may change the contents of this Policy without notifying users, except for matters otherwise provided for in this Policy and laws and regulations.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by us, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect when posted on this website.
